Want to see ‘Star Wars’, ‘Dunkirk’ or ‘Avatar’ on the beach for free?
The initiative kicked off this weekend with the films ‘Deadpool’ and ‘Pulp Fiction’.
Because Cascais is the European Capital of Youth 2018, the municipality has prepared a set of activities dedicated not only to the youngest, but also to the older ones.
We are talking about the ‘Cinema on the Beach’ initiative that will allow interested parties to watch 10 films, for 10 days, completely free of charge.
The place chosen for the projection of the films was the Ribeira beach (praia da Ribeira), in the Bay of Cascais. Sessions start at 9 pm and you can even go early to dine in the nearby street food rouloutes, the municipality points out.
The movie scheduled for today is ‘Spotlight’ and for tomorrow is ‘Birdman’. Then you’ll see ‘Star Wars VII’ (Day 12), ‘Dunkirk’ (Day 13), ‘Blade Runner 2049’ (Day 14), ‘Renevant’ (Day 15), ‘Grand Budapest Hotel'(Day 16) and Avatar ‘(day 17).y 17).
