Istanbul or Guadalajara, as well as several regions in the southern United States or the Philippines, were the destinations that registered the highest growth among this type of travelers, in a list led by London.
Lisbon is the fourth city in the ranking of those who receive more senior guests, according to a new study released by the Airbnb platform, and to which the News to the Minute had access.
The same study also reveals that London (England), Istanbul (Turkey) and Guadalajara (Mexico) emerge as the fashionable destinations for travelers over 60.
According to data from the tourist accommodation booking platform, more than 1.6 million European travelers over 60 have made reservations through Airbnb at destinations around the world.
