On July 29, 2020, prizes were given at the Coliseu dos Recreios to honor the Portuguese music community.
[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he “Best Album” and “Best Album Fado” awards were given to Camané & Mário Laginha; Lena d’Água took home the “Critics’ Award” and “Best Female Artist”, Capitão Fausto took the statuettes of “Best Group” and “Vodafone Song of the Year” and Bárbara Tinoco was considered the “New Artist” of 2020.
The “Career Award” was awarded to Xutos e Pontapés.
The jury consists of Ana Margarida Rosa, Megahits, António Antunes, RFM, António Jorge, Rádio Renascença, Duarte Pinto Coelho, Radar, José Augusto Madaleno, Rádio Amália, Nuno Galopim, RTP, Luís Oliveira, Antena 3, Marco Ribeiro, Antena 1, Samuel Cruz, MTV, Sílvia Braga, Nova Era, Sílvia Martins, TVI and Vando Enes, Vodafone FM/Cidade FM.
