The INATEL Trinity Theater celebrates World Theater Day with a free entrance program.
During the afternoon, the doors open and reveal the secrets and curiosities of one of the most iconic theaters in Lisbon, which already has 150 years of history. On guided tours, the audience will have the opportunity to peek behind the scenes, step on the stage and feel the appeal that the magic of a Theater has to offer. The visits will take place at 2:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.
In the Carmen Dolores Room, at 9:00 PM, Sandra Faleiro, João Reis, Sara Matos, and Virgílio Castelo take the stage with the Donald Margulies Zoom show. With Diogo Infante’s staging, this is a play about love and war that inspires us to fight for our deepest desires.
At 9:30 p.m., in the Studio Room, will take place #Emigrantes, a spectacle that addresses the complex universe of two expatriate men, linked by the tense and uncomfortable condition of foreigners. Starting from Al Berto, Fernando Pessoa and Sławomir Mrożek, the dramaturgy and staging are by Ricardo Boléo and the interpretation of Carlos Vieira and Vítor Silva Costa.
