Mi Store in Viseu will be the next to be opened on October 30th, followed by Gondomar, Évora, Sintra, and Aveiro
In 2021, Xiaomi reinforced its strategy of brand presence in Portugal and, by the end of the year, it will have 17 physical stores and three pop-up stores throughout the country.
On October 30th, it will be Viseu’s (Palácio do Gelo) turn to have a Mi Store, followed by the store in Gondomar (Parque Nascente) in November, Évora (Évora Plaza), scheduled to open in early December, in addition to Sintra (Alegro Sintra) and Aveiro (Glicínias Plaza Aveiro) in the second week of December.
At this store opening in Viseu, Xiaomi will have several special promotions: the first 25 customers will offer gift bags with merchandising and Mi Watch Lite Ivory; to the following 25 customers, the same branded bags with merchandising but with Mi Home Security 1080p with magnetic support; to the next 50 customers, also the bags but with the Mi Smart Scale 2; for customers who want to qualify to win the Mi TV P1 32″ and the Redmi 10 64Gb, there will be an in-store activation to discover the “Most Creative Phrase”; finally, during the first 2 days of the store opening, there will be a 10% discount on all products.
As for pop-up stores, a new concept of the brand for the market, the opening is planned at Ferrara Plaza, in Paços de Ferreira, in the first week of November, Bragança, in Bragança Shopping, and the following week. Castelo Branco Forum will also receive a Xiaomi kiosk in the third week of November.

It should be noted that Xiaomi currently has 12 stores: Porto (Sá da Bandeira), Braga Parque, Gaia Shopping, MAR Shopping Matosinhos, Lisbon (Chiado and Colombo), Oeiras Shopping, Mar Shopping Algarve, Ponta Delgada (Parque Atlântico) , Coimbra Forum, Leiria Shopping and Almada Forum.
