Xiaomi sold nearly 50 million smartphones in three months

Xiaomi’s latest financial report indicates that the company sold 46.6 million smartphones in the third quarter of the year, which concerns the period between July 1 and September 30.

According to GSMArena, the report points out that the number of mobile devices shipped to stores is 45.3% higher than in the same period last year. As far as revenue is concerned, Xiaomi claims to have earned $ 6 billion.

Market analysis firm Canalys says that Xiaomi currently ranks third on the list of best-selling brands with a 13.5% market share.
