After having sold out the Altice Arena, Xutos & Pontapés take the Portuguese Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Maestro Osvaldo Ferreira, to Porto for two nights celebrating 40 years of their career.

On stage, more than 50 musicians will be performing classic arrangements by the Portuguese Mário Laginha, the Brazilian Joaquim França Ramos, the Filipino Saunder Choi and the French Nicolas Mazmaniam for a unique experience, which will not lack the long-awaited anthems. The Orchestra joins Tim, Kalú, João Cabeleira and Gui for a celebration of the universality of music.

The already announced concert of January 14th is now joined by a second night. The Xutos & Pontapés doubled their festivities and took to the stage at the Super Bock Arena – Rosa Mota Pavilion, also on the 13th. A date is full of symbolism as it is officially the Xutos’ birthday. It was on January 13, 1979, that they gave their first concert, at Alunos de Apolo in Lisbon.
