The Xutos & Pontapés will be honoured in Cape Verde during Porfesta by the Portuguese community on Friday and Saturday in the city of Praia marking the Day of Portugal, Camões and Portuguese Communities.
There will be green broth, bifanas, snails, sardines or cheese from the mountain range, in typical Portuguese food tasks, the 10th edition of Porfesta also has parades and music from Lusofonia.
They will perform the Portuguese band GM – Tribute to the Xutos & Pontapés in a show of homage to the Portuguese band. But DJ Jones will also play.
For the family, there will be clowns, face paintings, traditional games and kermesse.
