Zeca has been one of the biggest names in samba for over four decades. The artist has established himself as an emblematic figure in Brazilian music, winning hearts with his unique voice and unparalleled talent. To celebrate this impressive trajectory, the ambassador from Xerém announced a series of mega-shows, promising to attract fans of all ages.

The “Zeca Pagodinho 40 Years” tour is a musical journey filled with hits that marked eras, as well as great classics from his repertoire, enriching and perpetuating the tradition of Brazilian samba.

Beyond his musical career, Zeca is also recognised for his commitment to the preservation and promotion of samba. He is a tireless defender of Brazilian culture, keeping the traditions of the genre alive and inspiring new generations to reconnect with their roots.

Zeca Pagodinho began his career in the samba circles of Rio de Janeiro’s suburbs, such as the legendary Cacique de Ramos circle. From a very young age, he circulated among samba musicians of his own and previous generations, his talent being revealed by the singer Beth Carvalho in the 1980s.

Success came quickly and, in a few years, he accumulated several awards, including four Latin Grammys. With 24 albums released and more than 12 million copies sold, Zeca is also known for his charisma and irreverence, being acclaimed by both the public and critics as one of the greatest samba musicians in Brazil.
