Gastão Elias in the second round of Sopot’s chalenger
Portuguese tennis player Gastão Elias, the 317th world player, qualified today for the second round of the Sopot tournament in Poland on clay by beating Kazakh Andrei Golubev, 565th.
In a match that lasted only 55 minutes, the Portuguese player beat Golubev by a ‘double’ 6-1, scoring in the next round on Wednesday, with Czech Zdenek Kolar, 241st of the hierarchy and 13th seed.
