Carolina Deslandes releases the new album Caos on March 10th. The album comes out after some progress of the work has already been revealed, such as ‘Paz’, ‘Vai Lá’ and ‘Precípicios’.
“Welcome to the mess of the last three years of my life” is the phrase with which Carolina introduces her most recent work. Caos will be released in the same year that the artist takes to the big stages of the Altice Arena and the Super Bock Arena.
Paz was the first single and the gateway to this new phase in Carolina Deslandes’ life, in which she assumes the urgency of moving forward and facing the “darker and more difficult side of love”, in the words of the author. Vai Lá is an ode to the so-called female “sixth sense”, often called madness by those around them. The album’s last advance, Precípicios, is a song in collaboration with Carlão and is the “continuation of the chaos installed on this album, which is an album of liberation”, according to her.
Two weeks before ‘Chaos’ sees the light of day, Carolina Deslandes begins to unravel a little of what is to come. The album will be accompanied by a video clip for two of the songs on the disc, ‘Conta-me’ and ‘Saia da Carolina’. At the end of the year, she will present these and other songs, live, in the great arenas of Lisbon and Porto.
