Emirates will resume flights on May 21th
European destinations to be resumed include London, Paris, Madrid, Milan, Toronto, Canada, and in Australia there will be flights to Sydney and Melbourne, the company said in a statement.
The company will also have connections in Dubai for passengers flying between the United Kingdom and Australia, provided that adequate sanitary requirements are met.
The company’s director of operations, Adel Al Redha, ensured that Emirates implemented additional measures at the airport to improve procedures for social distance and disinfection.
As a preventive measure, magazines will not be available during the journey and all hand luggage must be checked in, while passengers can only board essential items such as laptops, wallets or baby items.
The airline suspended its activity in late March, but carried out some repatriation flights.
