European Super Cup: Liverpool-Chelsea will be refereed by a woman

UEFA announced in a statement issued late Friday morning that France’s Stéphanie Frappart has been elected to arbitrate the European Super Cup match that will face Liverpool and Chelsea on 14 August. in Istanbul.
