Guns N ‘Roses announce new date in Portugal
Due to the current situation caused by Covid-19, the Guns N ‘Roses summer tour was postponed to June 2021, starting on June 2, in Portugal, on the Passeio Marítimo de Algés.
Tickets already purchased remain valid for the new date. For fans who have not yet purchased, they are already on sale at everythingisnew.pt.
“Hey Gunners, picking up where we left off last week, our 2020 European tour dates are being rescheduled to June of 2021. The dates kick off in Lisbon, Portugal on the June 2nd, 2021. We are forever grateful for your understanding and continued support during these unprecedented times. We are looking forward to getting back on stage”.
Since the start of the “Not In This Lifetime” tour in 2016, Guns N ‘Roses have played the biggest hits in 160 concerts for more than 5.5 million fans in stadiums, arenas and festivals all over the world, taking on the tour with the third-largest box office of all time.
Going back in time, it should be noted that after the group’s formation in 1985, Guns N ‘Roses injected an incomparable and unstoppable attitude into the growing Los Angeles rock scene. The group captivated the whole world with the release of “Appetite for Destruction” from 1987, the best-selling debut ever in the USA, with 30 million copies worldwide. In 1991, the seven-time platinum discs “Use Your Illusion I” and “Use Your Illusion II” occupied the first two places in Billboard’s Top 200 after their release.
With six studio albums, Guns N ‘Roses are one of the most important and influential bands in the history of music and continue to be a unique reference in live performances.
