About Morangos com Açúcar

Morangos com Açúcar portrays the beginning of a new school year at Colégio da Barra, where new students meet old ones. Two groups are formed. The popular ones, the true influencers, and the alternative ones, who seek new paths and new ideas. Everyone shares the same dilemmas and hopes. But the paths they take are quite different, creating an unfolding of individual stories that intertwine towards an exciting future full of possibilities.

Olívia (Madalena Aragão) and Miguel (Vicente Gil) will lead the cast as a romantic couple. The two meet a few days before the start of classes, unaware that they will be classmates, and meet again at the school’s Welcome Party. During the party, a student is a victim of cyberbullying. Embarrassed by the situation, she runs away from the party and, later, disappears from home. This is the first in a series of mysterious disappearances, all apparently linked to cyberbullying. Each case is preceded by the exposure of an indescribable secret or weakness. Any one of them could be the next to disappear and the tension is constant. Those who have compromising secrets try to hide them at all costs.
