CCB. October 30. Saturday. 5:00 pm. Small Auditorium
Public history returns to the CCB. More than ever, it is urgent to think about the future based on the critical revisiting of the past, for a broad, non-academic public that is called to participate in the cycle Conversas com História.
On October 30th, historian Raquel Varela will be in conversation with scientist and biologist Maria Manuel Mota, current Executive Director of the João Lobo Antunes Institute of Molecular Medicine, of which she is also Principal Investigator. Maria Manuel Mota has a Ph.D. in Molecular Parasitology from University College London, has a post-doctorate from New York University Medical College and has been, since 2005, a professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon.
