Vilamoura Nature Run promises to animate Easter Saturday
A lively morning with departures and arrivals from Vilamoura Marina, several routes of different dimensions, and fantastic landscapes. These are some of the ingredients of the Vilamoura Nature Run, which promises to become the biggest sporting event this Easter in the Algarve. Registration is now open!
Easter is considered a great moment for tourism to start in the region. And according to the news published, the Algarve is once again one of the preferred destinations for domestic tourists and beyond. With the mild climate of the region and the thousands of expected visitors, Vilamoura will certainly be one of the liveliest places in the region.
It is from Vilamoura Marina that the Vilamoura Nature Run will set off to cover some of the most beautiful trails in the region. There are three routes with different lengths: 6, 11, and 16 kilometers. The routes privilege contact with nature and will cross the Environmental Park of Vilamoura and the Dom Pedro Vitória Golf Course, to give some examples.
The Vilamoura Nature Run takes place on the 8th of April, departing at 10:30 am from Vilamoura Marina.
The route will have a point for water distribution and, in the end, there will be a moment of conviviality where there will be no lack of animation and a moment for participants to recharge their energies.

The registration fee will entitle you to an athlete’s kit that includes a dorsal, technical t-shirt, various gifts, advantages, and discounts on sponsor services.
The solidarity aspect will be present at this event. The organization will donate €1 from each registration to Mulherendo – Portuguese Association for the Support of Women with Endometriosis.
This is an organization of Associação Free Challenge, which has a long history in organizing events of this nature, such as São Silvestre de Quarteira, Corrida Vertical Albufeira Jupiter, and the recent AP Victoria Falésia Run.
