Auriol Dongmo wins weight throw at Chorzow
Dongmo made her best throw at 19.32 meters, one centimeter more than that of the American Maggie Ewen (19.31), while the Swedish Fanny Roos was in a distant third place, with the mark of 18.74.
At the meeting in Chorzow, two more Portuguese athletes competed: Lorene Bazolo finished seventh in the 100 meters race, with a time of 11.56 seconds, and Cátia Azevedo was ranked eighth in the 400 meters, with 52.96.
