With 9 albums in Spotify’s Top 200 Brazil, 16 original tracks in the Top 200 Brazil, and 2 collaborations, they are the artists with the most consecutive weeks in the Top Artists Brazil (196 consecutive weeks) and with 3 songs among the 50 most played in 2024, according to Pró-Música, the Brazilian duo has won hearts in Brazil and Portugal as well.

Henrique & Juliano, one of the most popular and influential duos in the Brazilian sertanejo scene, came with a massive lineup to party with all the fans who flocked to Meo Arena to see them. The opening act was performed by Grelo, author of viral hits like “Só Fé” and “De graça ou pagando,” who warmed up for the big party that followed.

Henrique & Juliano’s career is punctuated by major hits like “Mistura Louca,” “Vidinha de Balada,” and “A Flor e o Beija-Flor,” which became climactic moments at the concert in Times Square, filling four blocks in recognition of the affection of Brazilian audiences worldwide.

Known for redefining the “sofrência” subgenre of sertanejo music—songs about heartbreak—they are among the most-streamed artists in Brazil on digital platforms. The brothers, born in Palmeirópolis, Tocantins, Henrique, Ricelly Henrique Tavares Reis and Juliano, Edson Alves dos Reis Júnior, began their careers as amateurs, performing at festivals and parties in their region.

Their turning point came in 2012, when they signed a contract with Workshow, a production company responsible for launching and establishing major names in sertanejo music. Their resounding success came with the release of the DVD Ao Vivo em Brasília (Live in Brasília) (2014), which established the duo nationally.

From then on, they cemented a career marked by highly acclaimed albums such as Novas Histórias (New Stories) and O Céu Explica Tudo (The Sky Explains Everything). Henrique & Juliano bring a new level of romanticism and emotion to sertanejo music.

Their distinctive voices are one of their trademarks, along with lyrics about relationships, breakups, and overcoming adversity, becoming anthems of “sofrência.” They maintained high production quality in their DVDs and live projects, and with a spectacle of lights, fireworks, ribbons, and captivating music, they won over audiences wherever they went.

The duo maintained a strong professional and personal connection with other great names in sertanejo music, such as Marília Mendonça, with whom they recorded the hit “A Flor e o Beija-Flor” and enjoyed a close friendship.
