FC Porto wins Nacional and keeps its distance for the leader

Mehdi Taremi gave Porto the victory, after Nacional’s mistake that the Porto player did not waste.
The Porto team did not have an easy game in the match for the 27th round of the I League that took place in Madeira, but managed to win by 1-0, not letting Sporting escape, who also won by the same margin in Faro.
Porto did not start well in the match and Nacional had the first danger, the Madeira team that was in the last position of the championship, at the beginning of the game, started with a great desire to surprise, putting pressure on the national champion.
Nacional even had the opportunity to score after seven minutes in the sequence of Zaidu’s foul over Camacho inside the area. João Pinheiro pointed the mark of the penalty, a decision that video referee Artur Soares Dias confirmed.

Nacional entered the second more pressing time in an attempt to restore equality, while Porto came in apathetic and tired, but the shots by Gorré and Éber Bessa were not effective and Porto managed to end the game with a victory.
FC Porto now has 63 points less six than Sporting and after the defeat of Benfica, six more points than the Lisbon team. Nacional maintains the last place in the league table with 21 points, after this defeat.
