Auriol Dongmo finnishes 2nd in Diamond League final in Zurich
The Portuguese Auriol Dongmo finished, this Wednesday, the final of the weight throw of the Diamond League, in Zurich, in second place, with the mark of 18.86 meters in the fifth and penultimate attempt.
American Maggie Ewen won the title, recording her best throw at 19.41 meters. The Swedish Fanny Roos, with 18.75, closed the podium.
Dongmo ends the season with an excellent result, having won the gold medal at the indoor Europeans and placed 4th at the Tokyo Olympics.
