First Breath After Coma releases “I Don’t Want Nobody” with Noiserv and Matthew Music Band
“I Don’t Want Nobody”, the theme from the 3rd original album by First Breath After Coma (FBAC), now has a new live version with an unprecedented sound that features Noiserv and the Mateus Music Band. An Omnichord Records edition is now available on all platforms.
First Breath After Coma+Noiserv is a collaboration born in 2016 and has taken several forms over the last few years. At the end of 2023, they were challenged by Teatro Tivoli to create a special concert, joining the Banda de Música de Mateus, one of the oldest philharmonic bands in the country.
This was the context that gave rise to the creation of this live version of “I Don’t Want Nobody”, in which FBAC is joined by Noiserv and Banda de Música de Mateus, to give a completely new look to that which was released on the album. NU from 2019 and pays a well-deserved tribute to the American saxophonist Eddie Harris.
“I Don’t Want Nobody” was recorded live at the Tivoli Theater on May 20, 2024, and is now released by Omnichord Records.
This collaboration and musical format by FBAC+Noiserv and Banda de Música de Mateus will return to the stage on August 14th, at Vodafone Paredes de Coura. It is an extraordinary concert that creates an axis between Lisbon, Leiria and Vila Real, bringing together more than 60 musicians on stage.
