On their return to the Estádio Nacional, FC Porto beat Tondela, a team that had no arguments to oppose the dragons, and won the 18th Portuguese Cup, which it added to the championship.
FC Porto ended the sporting season with yet another achievement, beating Tondela 3-1, Taremi scored two of the goals at Estádio Nacional, in Jamor, and Vitinha scored the third, for Tondela, Neto Borges was the scorer of the only try.
