Portugal qualified for the quarters of the World Cup qualifying phase

Two goals by Léo Martins (09 and 24) and goals by Nuno Belchior (09) and Bê Martins (26) were enough to defeat the Turkish team, who even sketched a slight reaction in the final moments of the match, with two goals from Cem Keskin (30 and 35).

After a 7-3 victory over Kazakhstan on matchday one, Portugal remains at the top of Group A with six points, the same as Ukraine, who beat the Kazakh team 6-1 and face the ‘ quinas’ on Wednesday, at 16:45, in the last round, again at Estádio do Viveiro.

The four European teams that reach the ‘socks’ of the qualifying phase will be at the World Cup, between August 19th and 29th, in Moscow, Russia.
