TOOLTO – Super Assistência, a Portuguese start-up in the area of mobility services and Insurtech, has just launched the new Solutioneer platform, which speeds up the long-distance resolution of Automobile and Home claims.

After Cristiano joined the team, TOOLTO now launches Solutioneer, an omnichannel platform that allows easier, faster and safer settlement of claims, avoiding unnecessary costs and time.
In a simple way, the Solutioneer user opens a video window when reporting the claim and the damage is immediately assessed by the systems, which analyze and quantify the claim with an immediate response, streamlining the entire process.
Less time is wasted waiting for the expert to go home or taking the car to a repair shop just to be seen. With this new platform, which uses Big Data Analytics and Augmented Reality, solutions are also given to users to repair cars in trusted workshops or find repairers for homes in special conditions.
