Valença “Where Love Happens” – Photography Competition

February is known as the month of Love and to mark this passion, Valença once again promotes the “Valença Where Love Happens” initiative, challenging couples to show their love, with creativity and originality, in Valença.
The challenge is to capture love, in photographic form, in emblematic places in Valença, whether monumental, scenic or natural. Only photographs that were taken in places in the municipality of Valença will be admitted.
Participants must send photographs, via wetransfer and email, to the address turismo@cm-valenca.pt between January 26, 2024, and February 9, 2024.
The email must include the name of the participants, a telephone number, address and a photocopy of the citizen card.
The photographs in the competition will be published, in an album, on the Valença Municipality’s Facebook page.
The three photos with the highest number of reactions on the Valença Municipality’s Facebook page will be the winners. The voting period, in the photographs, will take place between 00:00 on February 10th and 00:00 on February 13th. The awarded winners will be announced on February 14th.
The couple with the photo with the most likes will be awarded a two-night stay, bed and breakfast, at Quinta do Caminho, plus two dinners and a lunch, for two people, in a restaurant unit in our municipality. .
The second prize will consist of one night, for two people, in a bed and breakfast, at Pousada São Teotónio, plus dinner for two people, in a restaurant unit in our municipality.
The third prize will consist of a dinner, for two people, in a restaurant in our municipality.
Show your passion and creativity and let yourself be carried away by love in Valença.
