Warm Up resumes its original format and is presented in the Crystal Palace Gardens
After a first weekend dedicated to spoken word at Teatro Campo Alegre, Warm Up permanently moves abroad and resumes its original programming at the Palácio de Cristal Gardens, where the Porta-Jazz Festival is presented until Sunday.
This weekend, the gardens of Palácio de Cristal and Casa Tait resume their place in the original program of the Warm Up cycle and host the remaining five musical events that anticipate and precede another edition of the Porto Book Fair.
After the word heard and sung in the auditorium of Teatro Campo Alegre, Warm Up returns abroad and presents itself as it had been planned, in small open-air auditoriums, with limited capacity and complying with all the rules stipulated by the General Management of health.
To enhance security, and in addition to all public health rules in force, it will also be required to present the Covid-19 Digital Certificate or, alternatively, proof of negative test at the entrance to the event, as is currently the case access to catering and hotel establishments.
Although requiring several adaptations over time, the event launched by the Porto Chamber is the alternative proposed to host festivals and activities that could not be held in their usual format given the current pandemic context.
In addition to the spoken word cycle, presented last weekend at the Teatro Campo Alegre auditorium, the Warm Up program also includes the Porta-Jazz Festival, the Porto Blues Fest, the Elétrico, a cycle of world music and the Dancing Picnic on the Grass.
