Benfica is women’s basketball champion

Benfica became Portuguese women’s basketball champion for the second time, after beating União Sportiva at home, by 73-70, in the third and final game of the final.

Benfica didn’t even start the first game of the final, they lost to the Azores, however, they managed to turn around the final, and secured the title in the last game, which at half-time was already winning by 45-33.

He now has two trophies, one less than União Sportiva and Olivais and three less than CAB Madeira.
