“Nasci Maria” by Cláudia Pascoal goes to the final of the Festival da Canção

The performance video entered general YouTube trends while the official music video has been trending music for 12 days.

Soon after being known, in January, “Nasci Maria” was pointed out by fans of the festival as one of the favorites to win. Irreverent, and disruptive, between pop and traditional music, Cláudia Pascoal managed to create a lot of expectations around what she would present on stage, in the first semi-final of the Festival da Canção. And it quickly became clear that this was one of the best performances of the night.

Cláudia Pascoal instantly became one of the most commented subjects on Twitter, the video of her performance entered the general YouTube trends shortly after its publication – with the highest position at #8 – and the official video clip, published on 15 February, has been trending music on YouTube for 12 consecutive days.

Cláudia Pascoal returns to the stage of the Festival da Canção on the 11th of March.
