Boca Linda celebrates the Day of the Dead with an exclusive menu

Located in the heart of Lisbon, the restaurant commemorates the most intimate Mexican traditions and the best cocktails

Boca Linda opens its doors to mark the Day of Los Muertos with a menu carefully designed for the occasion, celebrating traditions and the essence of Mexican culture from October 31 to November 2. Typical dishes, a commemorative altar, and margaritas were specially created for the occasion.

With an exclusive and commemorative menu, Boca Linda promises to provide a truly immersive dining experience inspired by Mexican traditions. To start the journey, a Welcome Drink will be served with a Mini Shot of Margarita, followed by an appetizer of Tomalito de Muertos, a sweet corn tamale with sour cream and dry cheese. With a refined palate, the journey continues with a Triología de Sopes, a fried corn tortilla with beans and three different protein options.

The main dish of this menu could only be a Mexican classic: Enchiladas de Mole, a dish of corn tortilla rolls with chicken, topped with mole negro, onion, and cheese. To conclude the experience, a Flan de Calabaza, a pumpkin flan with orange syrup, promises to make this celebration sweeter! Accompanied by a drink of choice, this menu promises to leave no one indifferent from October 31 to November 2 (€25 PAX).

Fulfilling the promise to honour Mexico and all its traditions, the Día De Los Muertos is no exception. With its altar, Boca Linda invites everyone to honour their dear relatives by bringing a photograph that represents them to add to the altar, which aims to celebrate the cycle of life. In an immersive and surprising journey that celebrates the past, present, and future, Boca Linda offers a special drink that promises to be worthy of the occasion: the Margarita Murciélago, a commemorative Margarita for the Día de los Muertos.
