WarnerMedia announced that it has approved two new animated series dedicated to Batman and Superman.
The series ‘Batman: The Caped Crusader’ will feature in the production with a team composed of JJ Abrams (‘Star Wars’), Matt Reeves (director of the next superhero film) and Bruce Timm (responsible for the animated series of the superhero in the 1990s). The goal will be to give Batman back his ‘noir’ roots, something that should appeal to more veteran fans.
On the other hand, ‘My Adventures with Superman’ will try to have a more positive record and show the beginning of careers for journalists from Clark Kent (Jack Quaid) and Lois Lane (Alice Lee). This series already has two seasons guaranteed.
