Bárbara Bandeira’s new single has just become available on all digital platforms. Fumaça represents Bárbara Bandeira’s first duet with a Brazilian artist and also marks Veigh’s debut in collaboration with a Portuguese artist.
This new single reflects the distinctive sound that solidifies Bárbara Bandeira as an authentic national pop phenomenon today, now conquering the other side of the Atlantic. Joining forces with Brazilian trapper Veigh, the artist presents us with what could very well be this summer’s anthem.
The edition of Fumaça, whose music video premieres today at 6pm on YouTube, marks a new cycle in Bárbara Bandeira’s journey. The single is part of a broader project, scheduled for release at the end of 2024, which will explore the artist’s special connection to her sister country, featuring key names in Brazilian music.
Bárbara Bandeira’s first release in 2024 follows the release of her debut album Finda, released at the end of last year. The album continues to add successes and distinctions, with emphasis on Como Tu (feat. Ivandro), which reached the impressive 8 platinum mark and was the most listened to song on Spotify in 2023, and Carro (feat. Dillaz), which has already won triple platinum. Cristaliza and Ou Não have also been certified gold.
Bárbara Bandeira was nominated for the PLAY Awards in the Vodafone Song of the Year category, with Como Tu (feat. Ivandro), and won the award for Best Female Artist. Fumaça is now available on all digital platforms.
