Candlelight brought the best of anime to Xabregas Palace

In one of the rooms of the Palácio de Xabregas, a string quartet played last Saturday, June 5th, the best anime music, current, and classic, in a comfortable atmosphere by candlelight, with an audience of all ages for nostalgia for many and animation from all.

Without the presentation of the songs by the artists, it was for the knowledge of the spectators, songs from various series such as Kimetsu no Yaiba (Demon Slayer), One Piece, Death Note, Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack on Titan), Dragon Ball and many others.

The artists did not stop interacting with the public, and there were even prizes for the best cosplayer. The quartet consisted of musicians, João Pedro Souza (violin), Pedro Fernandes (cello), Alexandre Aguia (viola of bow) and Carolina Pinto (violin)

Candlelight are instrumental classical music concerts, featuring iconic pieces at an affordable price, while opening up unique spaces of each city’s cultural heritage to the community, as they are not performed in common theaters. This original Fever concept managed to bring classical music to a whole new audience, with 70% of participants under 40 in more than 40 cities around the world.
