After the big premiere at Cinemas NOS, through an unprecedented pilot project in Portugal, the Christmas Circus at Coliseu Porto Ageas reserved another novelty for the public: a unique streaming transmission.
On January 1, at 5 pm, the day when families are asked to stay at home from 1 pm, the show goes to the public for the first time, through the Ticketline Live Stage platform.
“Receive the year 2021 in the best way and without leaving your home, wherever you are in the world” is an invitation to all those who cannot travel to the Colosseum to watch the show live, with sessions until January 3, or who were unable to purchase a ticket, due to the smaller number of sessions and reduced capacity.
Streaming will allow artists to take their work to a more public audience, in a particularly challenging year for the cultural sector, due to the restrictions in force for circulation between municipalities, mandatory collection, and reduced capacity in the rooms.
In this way, the best artists and a live orchestra can bring the most fantastic circus arts to more spectators, with aerial acrobatics, illusionism, trapeze, clown, Chinese mast, tightrope, opposing forces, parkour, and juggling figures.
The ticket costs €9. When buying access, the whole family can see the show at home. More information here.
