But of course, the Clã concert must have the “Classics”, successful Portuguese music, such as “Carousel dos esquisitos” (John Ulhoa / Hélder Gonçalves) from the 2004 album “Rosa Carne”, “H2omem” (Arnaldo Antunes / Hélder Gonçalves ) from the album “Lustro” from 2000 and “A paz não você você bem” (John Ulhoa / Hélder Gonçalves) from the album “Corrente” from 2014, and occurred the first big “explosion” on and off the stage, to the endless energy of Manuela Azevedo added the audience clapping and singing in chorus with the band.
The collaboration with several authors in their music has always enriched the compositions of the Clã, 2 authors added their words to the music of Hélder Gonçalves, first Samuel Úria, who has collaborated on several themes of the band with great success, but also Capicua, with two themes on the album “Véspera”, “Tempo -Espaço” and “Armário”.
“Tempo-Espaço” brought us back to the new album, followed by “Oh, no! Again” and “Tudo no amor ” with lyrics by the great master of Portuguese music, Sérgio Godinho, whose words had already made a successful “marriage” with the music of Hélder Gonçalves in “Sopro do Coração” from the album “Lustro” 2000.
Clã then return to the most well-known themes and recall successes with lyrics by the great Carlos Tê, who gave so many successes to Portuguese music and brought a whole room to life.
“G.T.I.” and “Tira Teima” (Carlos Tê / Hélder Gonçalves), “Canção de água doce” (Samuel Úria / Hélder Gonçalves), “Na sombra” (Aurora Robalinho / Hélder Gonçalves) “Sopro do coração” (Sérgio Godinho / Hélder Gonçalves). With the night already coming to an end, with the audience standing, applauding and singing at the top of their lungs, despite their mouths covered by the masks, “Sangue frio” and “Dançar na corda bamba” (Carlos Tê / Hélder Gonçalves), they finished concert, but the audience was not satisfied and with a loud applause, “forced” the Clans to return to the stage to the great satisfaction of the fans but also of the band.
Manuela Azevedo took the opportunity to thank the public present for their appearance, “for the fact that it is on a Monday and it takes courage to go and see something as normal, as it is a concert, in strange times like the ones we are experiencing“.
And it was with lyrics by Carlos Tê and music by Hélder Gonçalves and three more hits by Clã, “Lado esquerdo”, “Problema de expressão” and “Fahreneit” that ended another concert full of energy, excellent music and fantastic interpretations of one of best Portuguese bands.
