Clarissa, the new phenomenon of Brazilian youth music is ready to conquer Portugal!
Clarissa is a Brazilian singer, songwriter and actress whose song ‘Nada Contra (ciúme)‘ went viral on Tik Tok (TOP1 with 34m plays in 24h). Also on Spotify (Brazil and Portugal), it reached the viral Top 50 (and currently has 23 million plays).
The artist is also a digital influencer and activist for women’s rights and LGBTQIA+ with 697K followers on Instagram and 382K on Tik Tok.
Most importantly, however, is of course the music. This new theme was a way of expressing her versatility, as the singer has very eclectic tastes and “listens to everything“. “This little rocker – he explains, referring to ‘Nada Contra (ciúme)’ – is a fun song about those situations in which we only start to care about someone after the person stops giving us a ball. I tried not to come across the same places as songs that deal with the same theme, there is no female rivalry, but there is jealousy.”
It is to promote this same theme that he will come to Portugal, next May, for a promo tour and the recording of a very special video of a new theme that he sang in duet with a well-known Portuguese artist.
