For 12 years celebrating Lusophone culture, the Pé na Terra 2024 Festival returns this year for a farewell edition of the village of Fuseta, in the Algarve, from 28 to 30 June, this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are on sale on lebillet.pt and admission is free for children up to 12 years.
MUSIC
Three days of music, with names like the king of Semba, Paulo Flores, on Friday; Ilê Aiyê, on Saturday, bringing with him the “revolution of the drums”, as the president of this which is the first Afro bloc in Brazil; or Leo Middea, on Sunday, who made history in the last edition of the Song Festival by consecrating himself as the first Brazilian artist to pass the final of the contest. The Criatura, Renata Rosa, Diego Oliveira, Rasta Fogo, Gafieira, Colectivo Gira and the Orquestra de Batukadeiras de Portugal are also joined.
DANCE
The audience of the Pé na Terra Festival also has access to more than 40 traditional dance workshops from various points of the African continent, Brazil and Portugal, such as samba, Semba, funaná, Forró, Kola San Jon, batuku, maracatu, côco or Kizomba.
CHILDREN’S PROGRAMMING
To boost the positive influence of culture among the youngest, the Pezinhos na Terra space presents several playful activities for children, ranging from dance to theatre, through the Hour of the Tale or the planting of trees. The space also has a nursery equipped with beds and baby-changing facilities for professional monitors.

O Festival Pé na Terra tem o apoio da Câmara Municipal de Olhão e União das Juntas de Freguesia de Moncarapacho e Fuseta, entidades que têm estado lado a lado num percurso histórico de 12 anos. Em breve a organização revelará mais acerca do futuro do Festival Pé na Terra em 2025, comprometendo-se, para já, em levar a cabo uma edição inesquecível nos dias 28, 29 e 30 de junho.
