CAF’s Directorate for Digital Innovation (DIDE) calls for public entities interested in presenting proposals for the implementation of a project for the strategic use of data and artificial intelligence in the public sector, in a city in the following countries CAF partners: Argentina, Barbados, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Spain, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, the Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay and Venezuela.
CAF’s Directorate of Digital Innovation of the State (DIDE) aims to promote the modernization of the State through more agile, open and innovative governments, leveraging new technologies and data intelligence, to promote improvements in the efficiency of the State and in the quality of the services offered to the citizens of Latin America.
In this context, DIDE designed a regional initiative in order to promote in the Latin American countries the strategic use of data and artificial intelligence in the public sector to generate social and economic value, which has the general objective of “improving the formulation, execution and evaluation of public policies, the provision of services to citizens and the internal management of the public sector, in Latin American countries, through the strategic use of data and artificial intelligence”.
