Exhibition on the impact of plastic in the oceans to see in Lisbon
The Ocean Plastics Lab can be visited from this Tuesday at the Pavilion of Knowledge. Admission is free.
In recent months much has been said about the impact that plastic is having on oceans and marine life. You will now have the opportunity to learn more about the consequences that plastic is having on the oceans.
The Ocean Plastics Lab is an interactive exhibition that you can see from this Tuesday until the 26th of this month at the Pavilion of Knowledge – Ciência Viva in Lisbon.
This exhibition highlights the contribution of science to understanding and helping to solve, the problem of plastic in the oceans. It is organized as if it were a science laboratory and scientists are the visitors, who along four containers will be able to explore the extent of the impact of plastics in the oceans.
The Ocean Plastics Lab is a project of the Federal Ministry of Education and Federal of Germany in conjunction with the German Consortium for Marine Research and has the support of the European Commission. You can learn more about this exhibition here.
