With the closure of the Club, due to Covid-19, the Ginásio Clube Português team is at home, but continues to work every day to fulfill its mission: the welfare of the Member!
And there are several initiatives and services that it makes available to Members and beyond!
ONLINE LESSONS
On the GCP Youtube Channel you will find a variety of classes to do at home! Interval training, Localized, Pilates, Ground Floor, Stretches, Salsa and Rumba among many others! In this same channel, Pre and Postpartum Classes, Gymnastics Classes for Children, Gymnastics Classes for Seniors and specific Training Plans for Training, Competition and Representation Classes are available.
INSTAGRAM LIVES
On GCP’s Instagram you’ll be able to take live classes with the Club’s teachers. Lessons of 30 minutes, in the morning, at lunchtime and in the late afternoon and also on Saturday and Sunday morning, with various levels of intensity and styles.
GCP Covid-19 Home Support
Support service for all Members and users of the Municipal Swimming Pool of Campo de Ourique over 70 years old or any others in prophylactic isolation (due to infection or disease symptoms) living in Lisbon. From Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm TLM is available. 969 293 196 and GCP Chat, at www.gcp.pt, to ask for help with the purchase of food or medicines. The Club team takes care of everything and delivers it at home.
GCP Chat
Support service for physical training provided by the Teachers of the GCP Exercise Room. From Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm Members can enter GCP Chat, at www.gcp.pt, and ask all questions and doubts about training, obtaining automatic responses from a qualified Exercise Professional.
NUTRITION is not forgotten and the Club’s website has access to Tips and Food Plans created by the Club’s Nutritionist.
Service to Members on loan and/or sale of portable training materials at special rates.
Development of specific Training Plans to be done at home with follow-up via phone and / or video call to Members.
