‘Help Us Help Mozambique’ Compal initiative
The limited edition Compal da Terra launched in Portugal, whose sales value will be for the reconstruction and equipment of two schools in Mozambique, helping 1,541 children and young people, but also to provide daily meals and school supplies to students of these schools for a year.
‘Help Us Help Mozambique’ is a Compal initiative, with the NGO APOIAR and SIC Esperança, following the cyclones that affected Mozambique.
The support will ensure 1,541 children and their families in the Beira, Dondo Region, rebuilding the Marking Schools and Nhampuepue in Sofala Province. But also for a year, they will have daily school meals and school supplies.
The Compal da Terra is made with fruits appreciated in Mozambique such as mango, anon, banana and malambe, and even the graphic image was chosen is a tribute to Capulana, the traditional fabric of Mozambican women.
Each nectar sold, Compal shares with € 1, to support the rebuilding project. The works will start in the month of June, and completion scheduled for December. And you can follow the progress of the works on the Compal website.
