The festival opens on October 1st, at 18:00, with a photography exhibition by Tó Martinho, at the Raiano Cultural Center (CCR) in Idanha-a-Nova, which shows his particular way of seeing the people of the municipality. .
This is followed, at 7 pm, with a conversation promoted by Elsa Ligeiro, from Alma Azul, whose theme is “Between theater and literature.
From October 2nd to 12th, there will be a diverse range of shows, not only from Ajidanha, but also from various groups from Benedita, Fafe, Lisbon, Pombal and neighboring Spain, Calamonte (Mérida), maintaining the international nature of the festival of theater.
From the 2nd onwards, theater shows will follow, not only in Idanha-a-Nova, but also in Alcafozes, Ladoeiro, Medellin, São Miguel de Acha, and Toulões.
Ajidanha also highlights the presentation of Gani Mirzo’s documentary “Musicos sin fronteras”, at CCR, on October 5th, at 9 pm.
On the 9th and 10th of October, a training component takes place at the CCR that has accompanied the Ajidanha Theater Festival.
