JAFUIPEDRO, is the new project of Pedro Afonso, musician and co-founder of NORTON.
With “Estendal da Razão”, he presents his first solo song, also marking his debut in Portuguese.
This project represents, at an early stage, the true essence of an “author“, revealed through a guitar, a drum machine and a pair of synthesizers that, along with the voice, stories that he wants to tell and that expose the apparent simplicity of the songs.
The single is now available on all digital platforms and is accompanied by a music video directed by Henrique Lourenço.
“What if the memories of life were exposed on a clothesline as if it were a physical object? And what weight will Saudade have in the search for reconciliation with the present? To get to this point is to understand the beauty of entering the home and finding those we love the most by our side in the “room” of life.”
