The recognition took place within the scope of the 27th edition of the Luso-French Trophies.
On October 28th, La Redoute was distinguished with a Luso-French Trophy, in the Investment category, for which it was nominated as a finalist alongside two more companies with French DNA: Sodexo Business Services and Steep Plastique Portugal.
This initiative aims to promote trade between Portugal and France, distinguishing the effort and success obtained by companies in the development of strategies and investments in both markets. The Investment category appears alongside five more recognitions: Export, SME, Innovation, Sustainable Development, and Startup.
Regarding this recognition, Paulo Pinto, CEO of La Redoute highlights: “by being awarded the Luso-French Investment Trophy, we feel a great recognition of our path. We are a brand with French DNA that is very much cherished in Portugal, as we have been proudly part of the lives of many Portuguese families for over three decades”.
From the traditional distance selling catalogue, La Redoute has evolved into an e-commerce model and today is taking the first concerted steps towards an omni-channel strategy.
