The Equestrian Center of Porto and Matosinhos hosted the National Jumping Competition
On the 30th, 31st of July and 1st of August, the Equestrian Center of Porto and Matosinhos hosted the National Jumping Competition A (CSN-A) which mobilized around 250 sets of different nationalities in the 30 competitions in the competition.
Francisco Fleming, with Ego de Clinton, was the winner of the Municipality of Matosinhos Grand Prix – Dr. Guilherme Pinto Trophy Iberian Cup (1.45m), finishing the event’s barrage without faults in 34.62s. Filipe Ramos Guinato, with Bigstar, and António Matos de Almeida, with Iniesta P., were respectively 2nd and 3rd.
The Little Grand Prix PAVO (1.35m) was won by rider Bernardo Prazeres Carvalho, with horse Fello Ryal K. Rui Gonçalo took second place and Luís Fernandes took last place on the podium.
This contest also featured Taça das Amazonas, a competition between women riders, having won Ana Francisca Soares (Lotus) in Category 1 (1.00 m) and Joana Soares (Frisby De Chambourg) in Category 2 (1.10 m).
