SC Braga beats Tondela (4-2)

SC Braga received and won Tondela (4-2), in the 20th round of the League. It was a return to triumphs after the defeat by Roma (0-2), in the first leg of the Europa League round of 32.

Lucas Piazón (18’), Ricardo Horta (40’) and João Novais (42’) gave expression to a first dominant part of SC Braga. Piazón (50’) would score twice in the second half, with Souley (84’) and Jaquité (90+4) scoring Tondela’s honorable goals.

With this result, SC Braga moved up to second place with 43 points, two more than FC Porto (minus a game). Tondela occupies the 12th place, with 21 points.
