Google wants to collect new 360º images for the functionality of Google Maps, in order to keep you updated. The process, which will run until the end of the year, will be carried out in several cities and roads in mainland Portugal, as well as in the Azores and Madeira.
[dropcap]W[/dropcap]ith the aim of renewing pre-existing images or to photograph regions or tourist places not yet covered in previous collections, the Google team will be on the road. Torres Vedras, Amarante, Cascais, Arganil, Odemira and Águeda are some of the regions that Street View cars will travel through.
Celebrating 15 years, Street View on Google Maps is available in more than 80 countries. The feature allows users to explore and navigate a zone or neighborhood in a virtual way through panoramic images at street level, and is also available in Google Earth and Google Maps for Mobile.
