Warpcom seeks talent for the Cisco Cybersecurity Academy

Warpcom, in partnership with Cisco technology, is looking for recent graduates or masters to join the Cisco Cybersecurity Academy. The specific recruitment initiative will run until the end of June, with the Academy program starting on the 12th of September.

This is a unique opportunity for young talents to enter the field of cybersecurity, through a paid work experience that will also bring them training and some of the most relevant Cisco certifications in this area of technology.

Warpcom takes pride of place in the Cisco Cybersecurity Academy project by recruiting as many individuals as allowed for each partner involved in the initiative. The selected talents will be hired by Warpcom from the first day of the program, on a hybrid basis, receiving a competitive and very attractive salary package.

During the six months of training, Warpcom will prepare graduates for industry recognized certifications such as CCNA (Cisco Certified Networking Associate), CyberOps Associate, Security Networking with Cisco Firepower and Ethical Hacker.

With this initiative, Cisco and Warpcom intend to strengthen the human resources market, with a focus on creating highly committed and customer-centric cybersecurity specialists, improving skills and talent in this area in Portugal in particular and also increasing the reach of the Cisco Secure Ecosystem.

As Warpcom employees, those selected will have the opportunity to participate in a practical and collaborative learning experience that combines theoretical training with practical application, in Cisco and Warpcom offices. Upon completion of the program, graduates will have the opportunity to work on complex and innovative projects that Warpcom develops in the Iberian market.
