Aviludo adds flavor to the 20th edition of the Cooking Congress

Aviludo will be present at the 20th edition of the Cooking Congress, taking place on the upcoming days of September 29 and 30, at Nirvana Studios in Oeiras, with its own space full of gastronomic demonstrations and the presence of renowned national chefs.

As a sponsor of this event, Aviludo will promote cooking show sessions on both days, featuring Chef Jorge Melgas from Taberna Sal Grosso, who will showcase his experience and passion for Portuguese cuisine, providing moments of pure flavour for those present.

On the second day of the event, the star will be Chef Annakaren Fuentes from the Restaurant “O Pastus,” who will be highlighted on the Product Stage with an inspiring presentation that will reflect the versatility of South American cuisine, adapted to the Portuguese palate.

The Cooking Congress 2024 is the largest meeting for kitchen and catering professionals, and this year’s theme is “Food and Freedom,” with Cape Verde as the invited country. Tickets are available and include all tastings served during the two days of the event.
