Axians joins, once again, Building the Future, one of the biggest digital transformation events in the Portuguese panorama, as the main co-sponsor.
In a completely digital format, Axians will be present at the event with different participations aimed at various audiences with the sharing of ideas and exchange of knowledge on the highlighted topics. Reinvention, leadership, data and talent will be present in the sessions “Future is Now Talks”, “Building the Vision”, “Building the Code” and “Job Pitch Challenge”.
“Future is Now Talks” are informal conversations broadcast on the event’s social networks as a warm-up on digital hot topics that share different perspectives, visions and realities regarding them. For this moment, Milton Cabral, Sales Manager at Axians, invited Nuno Miller, Chief Digital & Information Officer at Sonae Fashion, for a conversation around the theme Reinventing Business.
In the opening session “Building the Vision”, Pedro Faustino, Managing Director at Axians Portugal, will share his vision of how executives, as their responsibility increases, may or may not let fear sink the leadership.
The speaker will tell a story from his own career to illustrate this point – a time when he felt paralyzed about what to do and confused by feeling that way. Pedro Faustino will reveal three steps that he recommends to emerge confidence.
Axians will also have specialized sessions aimed at the developer community in the “Building the Code” session, which will focus on the theme of Data & AI. Data analysis is a necessity for all organizations, namely for decision making. The great challenge that arises is the valorization of data from obsolete applications, carrying out its exploration in analytical platforms in real time, in a new complete journey from its collection to decision making.
This scalable, efficient and agile platform reflects the treatment of data in dynamic reports. During the session, a demonstration of its operation will be carried out. This content will be available in a library during the three days of the event.
In the event’s recruitment initiative, “Job Pitch Challenge”, Axians will be present in the three days of the event with 15-minute interviews, where students and recent graduates will have the opportunity to contact and inspire those responsible for Axians Portugal.
